We are not liable for any illness or allergic reaction. Minimal itching/tingling is expected with use. Please consult with your physician if you’re pregnant, nursing, or have any medical conditions.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! Please make sure your address is correct before ordering. Please check your packages once you’ve received them. All glass products are insured. If there is an issue with it from the delivery, you have up to 15 days from the day the package was delivered to contact me to file a claim. Claims are not accepted after 15days.
SharNaturals will not be responsible if packages are lost during or after transit. If your package/s are sent back, you are liable for reshipment cost. Once I’ve contacted you, you have up to 14 days to respond. If you don’t want the package sent back out, there is a 20% restocking fee along with the cost of shipping if it was paid by the seller.
SharNaturals only ships to addresses provided by Squarespace. We are not responsible for the package once they are “Shipped” or “Delivered”. If you package is lost during transit or not delivered. You must file a claim with USPS about your missing package.

Return Policy For Apparel & Accessories:

(Only exception to an exchange, if the company themselves made a mistake. Example: if they have sent you the wrong item you’ve order (style/size/color), if the item is damaged/defective (not damage caused by transit). Must be reported within 30days of delivery.
All apparel & accessories are processed through print on demand service. There is no inventory, so all orders are made to order. Please make sure everything is accurate in your cart from size, style, color, etc, including your address. Once you’ve hit confirm, nothing can be reverse. If your item doesn’t fit, you would have to place a new order for the size you want. which is why it’s important to know your size and check the size chart before purchasing.
Insufficient address packages will be sent back to the company, you’re liable for reshipment cost. Unclaimed packages are donated to charity after 30days.
Not responsible for packages lost during transit or packages that state “delivered” but didn’t receive the item. You would have to contact your local post office and file a claims report
Each item is passed through a 3 step phase to insure the product is not damaged before sending out
Please check the size chart (located as the last photo in the gallery of each item) before making a size selection.
